This workshop will cover ten highly medicinal wild plants and ⁃ How to identify them ⁃ How and when to harvest them ⁃ An understanding of their medicinal and nutritive properties ⁃ Their most effective preparation methods Participants will also learn the most effective medicine making technique: the tincture. Everyone will make their own medicinal tincture from one of these plants and be able to take it home to add to their apothecary. As a bonus, we will discuss my top three picks for which medicinal plants to grow yourself that you may not be able to find in the wild, and where to source the seeds.
